Matt Knapp is teacher of the Month at the Fox, 96 9. He was born and raised in Houston, MO and attended school from kindergarten straight through high school there. When he graduated, he took an A+ scholarship to MSU West Plains where he got his Associate of Arts in general studies in May of 2004. He got married in June of 2004 to Jennifer Bowen from Willow Springs, MO. They both transferred their AAs to MSU in Springfield and he graduated from there in May of 2007 with a BSEd in History and a minor in Political Science. He was hired at MVBT as a Physical Science teacher for the 07-08 school year. Next year he will be teaching history courses at Willow Springs.
